Beacon Hill Staffing Group Senior Benefits Specialist in White Plains, New York

Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their team in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities include being responsible for administering day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k, voluntary plans), monthly bill processing, as well as being the first point of contact for daily inquiries regarding benefits. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot any eligibility issues, has Workday experience, and has done orientation before. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more.
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- 5+ years of benefits experience
- Legal or Professional Services industy experience preferred
- Experience with Workday, required

The salary range for this position is between $100k-125k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
