Job Details Job Location Remote - Wenatchee, WA Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Part Time   Salary Range $45.00 - $50.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Negligible Description Position Summary: The Communications Specialist will support the Development Team by writing and editing appeals and other materials and assisting with the production of presentations and videos. Responsibilities: Work with the Development Team to support Catholic Charities community outreach and fund development. Work with the Director of Development to develop strategies for fund-raising campaigns Write and edit copy for appeals, letters, newsletters, and other materials to support the efforts of Development and Communications Gather stories, interview clients, and work with a professional videographer to produce videos for internal use and for the Development Team's outreach efforts and fund-raising events Provide writing coaching to members of the Development Team as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position. Non-Physical Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in relevant area (i.e., Communications, English, Journalism, etc.) Required Experience Five years of experience working in communications and public relations required.
