As we rapidly expand and continue to build our global team, the Coordinator, Visual Merchandising and Store Design (VMSD) Operations will play a critical role in the execution process and logistics of bringing the brand to life across multiple retail channels. This position will report directly into the Senior Manager, VMSD Operations and help support the end-to-end coordination of seasonal merchandising updates, new door openings, as well as oversee repair and maintenance requests to ensure brand standards are upheld and products are launched in-store with best-in-class execution. In addition, the Coordinator will own multiple tracking documents and play an important role in record-keeping, organizing and updating our global visual merchandising and in-store databases. WHAT YOU DO:

Support global seasonal merchandising update execution. Including:

Distribute seasonal update instruction booklets and visual merchandising guidelines to regional teams.

Collect seasonal update shipment tracking data from vendors and formally communicate to regional teams.

Field post-shipment questions and work with internal and external partners to resolve shipment delivery issues.

Support logistics required for APAC-specific regional shipments and deliveries.

Coordinate with senior managers and regional partners to help resolve execution issues.

Coordinate tester kits for seasonal merchandising updates. Work with distribution center to ensure on-time shipment of kits to vendors. Share tracking information and confirm vendor delivery receipt.

Help create and input forecasts for global product testers and factices.

Order new product launch comps for global seasonal updates. Responsible for shipping comps to regional vendors. Share tracking and delivery receipt information with Senior Managers.

Manage product comp log. Consistently keep record of what has been issued to vendors, including photos for tracking purposes.

Coordinate with product development to collect new product launch technical engineering drawings. Share drawings with internal and external designers as needed for 3D file production.

Support repair and maintenance and post-market care for seasonal launches. Including:

Own Smartsheet database for repair and maintenance requests and conduct regular reviews with Senior Manager and wider teams as needed.

Review vendor repair quotes with Senior Manager for approval. Assist in budget tracking.

Communicate and follow-up with vendors to ensure requests are actioned.

Field questions and requests from regional teams. Clarify and communicate dates for when requests will be fulfilled.

Collect post-launch reports and photos for seasonal updates. Support post-market care process to ensure best-in-class execution.

Support PO and invoice process. Including:

Create, route, and file PO’s and invoices. ­

Enter data into PO tracker.

Submit monthly accruals to accounting.

Support team with artwork requests for visual merchandising requirements.

Maintain departmental databases for global door counts and merchandising inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years in Visual Merchandising experience in beauty or related industry

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet

Extremely detailed oriented and organized

Strong communicator and proactive problem solver

Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
