THERMTECH Maintenance Mechanic in WAUKESHA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: A Maintenance Mechanic\'s responsibilities include keeping all production machinery in a \"ready for service\" condition by performing preventative maintenance, as scheduled by our maintenance management software, as well as taking care of day-to-day maintenance issues. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: -Repair & maintain all plant machinery & equipment -Diagnose machine malfunctions & operating difficulties -Determine need for & effect machine repairs & adjustments to maintain a reliable operation -Complete minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, switches, etc. -Ensure plant organization & cleanliness Hard Skills: -Basic knowledge & skills in pneumatics, electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, rigging, equipment installation, machine rebuilding, motor & drive alignment, measuring equipment & fabrication -Read blueprints -Be knowledgeable of all plant equipment & procedures -Basic computer skills -Basic math knowledge -English reading, writing, & speaking proficiency -Safety-focused mindset Soft Skills: -Excellent written & verbal communication skills -Excellent time management -Attention to detail -Organized -Adaptability -Self-motivated -Able to work collaboratively with others -Willingness to learn & take direction ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: -All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test & background check. -Education: High school diploma or equivalent required -Experience: 2+ years in maintenance work required ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.thermtech.net/
