The Calendar Group Executive Personal Assistant- Washington D.C. in Washington D.C., District Of Columbia

Our client is searching for an Executive Family Assistant to support their family of four in Washington, DC. Candidates should have household management experience and have supported C level executives in their professional and personal day to day. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, poised, and professional. Start date will be September 2024. 

Sample of responsibilities:  

  • Assist Mr. & Mrs. With corporate research and document preparation 

  • Hands on organizing of the household (Drawers, closets, etc.) 

  • Oversee a household renovation 

  • Manage household staff (housekeeper, tutors, etc.) and outside vendors at the home 

  • Travel coordination  

  • Manage household schedules 

  • Research household projects, present options to family  

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years supporting one household and or Executive 

  • Local to the DMV area and flexible to accommodate schedule changes 

  • Must have bachelor's degree 

  • Excellent verifiable references 

  • Clean background and driving record  

Schedule: Full-time (On site) 

Salary: $90K - $130K depending on experience
