Procurement Specialist / Specjalista ds. Zakupów

Position Summary:

  • Close cooperation with global procurement department to adapt global strategies in the local market, initiatives projects in procurement area and coordinate efficiently communication flow between global procurement and internal stakeholders.

  • Carrying out the purchase processes in line with internal procedures and execute compliance with procedures by stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage the delivery of value to market and provide focus, assignments, and support to procurement to understand and deliver market needs.

  • Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers for the locally managed categories (at market level)

  • Proactive identification and implementation of optimization opportunities and purchasing process standardization.

  • Ensuring active sourcing of suppliers.

  • Providing professional service and establishing relations with external and internal stakeholders

Our expectations:

  • Higher education, marketing services procurement related education preferred.

  • Min. 3 years of experience on similar position in international corporate environment (Procurement (local or regional), priority in Service & indirect materials)

  • Ideally (but not a must): background in marketing / brand roles

  • Very good English and Polish (spoken and written).

  • High analytical skills, accuracy, time and priorities management.

  • Initiative, goal-orientation and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead and convince others.

  • Excellent developed communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
