Nestle Sales Manager in Warszawa, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Providing strategic direction for category development of Channel and Customer in line with business requirements,

• Leading negotiations of partnership arrangements to execute strategy,

• Ensuring complete support and collaboration with other Category Sales Directors, Head of Corporate and Category CDT, Sales Manager of Indirect and Head of Field Sales to ensure alignment of Category, Channel and Field sales plans and investments,

• Being a strategic role of managing and shaping strategical cooperation with International Key Customers on Zone Level, being the voice of the customer internally and defining and equation strategy,

• Collaborating with peer groups to share customer best practices, and liaise with Directors, CDT, Field Sales and Supply Chain to meet the customer's needs,

• Leading a team of Group Customer Development Managers and Key Accounts,

• Building a team spirit, where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose,

• Attracting and retaining talent, developing the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementing learning activities.

What will make you successful:

• 7+ years of experience in leadership positions in sales and at least 3 years in Key Account Management in FMCG segment,

• Solid knowledge of business drivers to generate relevant insights by applying "big picture" approach,

• Proven track record in online and offline external retail management,

• Ability to effectively elevate strategic issues and concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner,

• Change management skills and successful execution in delivering significant change,

• Real team player with a proven track of leadership successes,

• Experience in multi-national companies and matrix environments would be preferred,

• Confident attitude, results-driven, high-energy, passionate about brand building, decisive with strong attention to detail,

• Excellent analytical skills,

• Fluency in English and Polish is a must,

• Driven license.
