We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new and maintaining current business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Outside Sales Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction with our material offering and timely delivery of products - Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts Inside Sales Responsibilities: - Assist customers with the slab selection by getting to know about the project, explain the price structure, and show available materials. If final selection is made, complete required paperwork and submit to fabricator. Occasional Warehouse Responsibilities: - Pull slabs for shipment and put away slabs that were pulled for customer showing. - Assist occasionally with the unloading of containers. Utilization of crane, chainsaw, pry bars, forklift and other tools are necessary.
