[The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and managing the quality control systems and processes designed to ensure part conformity to customer specifications. This position is also a key participant and leader in the continuous improvement efforts of the plants products, processes and the QMS. The position manages all quality functions. This position is a highly visible and responsible role that is accountable to uphold the quality standards of the organization while working to meet the goals of the business.
