Meta Logistics Operations Specialist in Singapore

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist providing operational and reporting support to the APAC PoP fulfillment operations. The successful candidate is a fast learner and will get to work with a cross functional team to implement and drive consistent reliable logistics services.This role demands excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, strong organizational capabilities, continuous improvement, and in-depth operational knowledge of logistics processes and systems.

Required Skills:

Logistics Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee logistics fulfillment capabilities to support infra sites.

  2. Identify and track opportunities for continuous improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations.

  3. Manage and ensure timely, compliant systematic receipts at vendor-managed locations.

  4. Manage vendors to fulfill inventory and asset management requirements, encompassing month-end validations, SOX compliance audits, and inventory transaction requirements in order to achieve essential operational objectives.

  5. Refine, and maintain documentation capturing and promoting processes and policies for safe and effective logistics operations execution.

  6. Manage invoice and receipt exceptions, analyzing issue trends and working with internal teams and vendors to resolve.

  7. Recommend operational insights and trends through building of reports and dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in freight management, distribution, logistics/reverse logistics or similar.

  2. Proven track record in supply chain optimisation, best practice and process implementation.

  3. Understanding of International freight and trade/compliance in APAC

  4. Solid understanding and experience in warehouse inventory management.

  5. Skilled in excel, powerpoint and / or Gsuite tools, and database analysis.

  6. Strong communication skills.

  7. Experience working across internal business organizations and with external business partners.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
