In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Autonomously achieve objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement, leading multiple, highly sophisticated projects to enhance our ability to meet customer expectations while optimizing asset management and logistics.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for material planning and procurement, production, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish performance goals and long-term operational strategies while managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the facility.

  • Analyze operational processes, recommend improvements, and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Establish and monitor day-to-day operational systems to track progress and ensure alignment with key initiatives and production targets.

  • Cultivate relationships with department leaders, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.

  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that maximize output and minimize costs.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to support new product development and drive seamless product launches.

  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.

  • Work closely with HR and senior leadership to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with five years minimum experience in plant management directing the P&L.

  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.

  • A proven track record of planning and managing operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Lean experience a must – familiarity with Danaher Business System or TPS.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage expenditures and allocate resources effectively to meet current and future business needs.

  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.

  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico
