Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Work with PPM, procurement, operation and client to complete label service project

· Set up label service job in system including label content and rand & links

· Work with internal and external to solve any issues in label job setup, design and printing

· Designs and creates clinical label proofs based on client and internal manufacturing guidelines

· Designs various forms of standard and booklet labels compliant with client, internal quality and manufacturing requirements and within requested timelines.

· Assists with entering data into proprietary software prior to Client viewing.

· Creates mock proofs and packaging diagrams for Client Services department as requested to address a range of customer requests.

· Trains new members of the department on work instructions and software.

· Follows all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility.

· Demonstrates and models the company values (4I’s – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement)

· Offers process improvements to identify opportunities to improve products, processes and environment.

· Assists in all pre and post printing processes associated with production jobs as directed by the Team Leader or manager.

· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Knowledge& Skills:

· Basic knowledge of press and variable printing standards

· Knowledge of various programs and software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Label Specifications, Template Catalog).

· Demonstrates a basic understanding and ability to trouble shoot and identify solutions to problems.

· Ability to multi-task to optimize production while maintaining the highest quality standards.

· Good communication and coordination skills. Customer and detail oriented. Good anti-pressure ability.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork when necessary to ensure jobs are completed per established timelines.

· Strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organization

Experience& Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in printing related fields will be a plus.
