How your expertise will fit into GTS world:
As a Lead Test Technician IV you will act as the engineering liaison on the production floor providing subject matter expert (SME) level hands on support applying a practical understanding of relevant engineering concepts to the testing environment. You will find yourself responsible for solving technical problems on the production floor, assists in continual improvement efforts, creating detailed reporting and documenting results, while performing as a mentor and leadership in a supervisory role.

This is how you will play a key part in our GTS ecosystem:
Responsible for applying the principles and theories of science, engineering, and mathematics to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance.
Assists engineers and scientists in analysis, nonconformance response, research and development
Perform assembly, testing, alignment, and troubleshooting functions for various components and systems delivered to GTS for repair, upgrade, or maintenance
