Job Summary and Qualifications

The primary responsibility for the Plant Operations Coordinator is to perform all clerical and other duties of the Engineering Department under the direct supervision of the Engineering Director. This position will also assist as CAD Operator maintaining blue prints and building developments.

What you will do in this role:

  • Responsible for ordering and preparing purchase requisitions, preparing check requests, and keeping track of payables for Department.

  • Responsible for issuing keys and maintaining key log.

  • Responsible for putting in work orders for other department as needed and maintaining work order files.

  • Responsible for all necessary clerical duties, filing reports, answering phone and relaying messages.

  • Responsible for coordinating all other special projects within the department.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Coursework at Technical School/College - Required

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred

  • 1 Year Minimum Experience in Related Role
