Also provides advocacy, outreach, and service linkage for clients and initiates access to entitlement services. * Experience working with a behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population. * Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, Social Work preferred. * Valid driver’s license may be required based on program. * Knowledge of community resources preferred. * Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required We take great care of careers.
