Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Individual and Family Producer who will: Be responsible for the sales growth of the commercial Individual and Family products Manage the producer sales channel and private and public exchange channels in their assigned market(s) Recruit new Producers to sell commercial Individual products Develop relationships with assigned General Agencies/Producers to assist them in achieving their sales goals Train and monitor agents Provide needed support in areas such as contracting, marketing and commissions Build relationships with private exchanges to grow market share Work closely with Commercial Group Sales to increase growth Asist local market management in strategy development Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role will require for you to travel throughout an assigned territory on a weekly basis The position will have a territory that covers the States of Oregon and Washington Work Week: Monday - Friday Providence welcomes residents to apply that live within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below: Oregon: Portland Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ years of experience in health insurance sales Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request See policy for additional information Preferred qualifications for this position include: 5+ years of experience working with producers 5+ years of local market experience, including established producer relations Why Join Providence?
