Guaranteed $22.5-$25 an hour as your starting wage!

We have an exceptional wage and guaranteed tip program. We offer $18.50-$21 an hour base wage plus a GUARANTEED minimum of $4 an hour in tips = $22.5-$25 an hour, as starting compensation - even for brand new hires!

Job Specification:

  • Line Leads do just that – lead the line. They ensure all dishes that leave the kitchen meet our standards of preparation, plating and pace of service.

  • Work closely with the FOH to ensure guests are happy.

  • Learn about plant-based cooking, ingredients and technique - we are a from-scratch kitchen!

  • Get the chance to flex your creative muscle by coming up with weekly features.

  • Ensure the kitchen is properly set up and maintained before, during and after service, ensuring smooth hand-offs to the next crew.

  • Communicate the needs and results of the business effectively.

  • Play a key role in finding solutions and ensuring everyone's voices are heard.

About You:

  • TeeM oriented, hard-working, friendly and positive.

  • Displays a high sense of urgency, a multi-tasker.

  • Looks to help everyone around them succeed and grow.

  • Full availability – opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends and holidays

  • 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.

  • Wants to grow professionally in this industry.

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
