This is a job for a TM Sales Associate I position with a company located in the Tupelo, MS area.

What The Role Is: As a Sales Associate within Cadence Bank Treasury Management, the individual's primary role will be to support the Sales Officers in the team in terms of client related matters. In addition, he/she is to support management related materials for the regional sales managers.  As an entry level sales associate, this position provides good opportunity to learn about the sales organization, client behaviors and sales tactics/strategy, products and services (including cash management, liquidity and short-term investments as well as technology offerings) offered by Treasury Services as well as insight into the various markets/clients across the banks 6 state footprint. To succeed, he/she will need to be business focused, have strong technology skills with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work closely with internal resources such as product, implementation, training and sales teams.

How You will Make an Impact: Sales Support - Supporting the sales team with the following functions: Demo all Complex treasury management products - EIPP, OSD, EOB180, Invoice to Pay, Vanco, Loomis, FIG products, and any new technology rolled out by the product team. Identify needs in sales and implementation processes and supply sales tools to close gaps. To be engaged in supporting the entire sales and pipeline management process.

Cross Sales Process - In supporting the sales process penetrating our client portfolio for targeted TMO's: Create standardized TM Review for assigned clients, identifying existing services used and recommended cross sells for TMO to present to clients. Assist with scheduling TMO/Client TM Review calendar appointments. Utilize Account Analysis cross sell reports. Develop product knowledge and selling skills. Attend the product calls, sales training meetings, and internal training sessions. Attend bank required training sessions. Attend lunch and learn training sessions. To gain more experience working with clients. Attend sales calls with TMO's across the footprint. Attend client training classes for core products. Rotate thru client support in each support area. Develop partnerships - Build a strong network with our customer service and implementation colleagues, TMO's and product specialists.

Who You Are: 0-2 years transaction banking experience, preferably client facing. Excellent in inter-personal skills and presentation skills. Self-motivated with good initiative. Able to work independently and under pressure.. Works in a team environment at appropriate times. Excellence in verbal and writing skills. Able to think flexibly and learns fast. Good time management, organization, and planning skills. Excellent Microsoft skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
