Responsibilities

Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule.

  • Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates and needed changes due to material shortages; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

  • Daily meetings to maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production schedules/demands, validate from Supply Chain component part shipment details to mitigate interruptions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience with Aerospace and/or Manufacturing

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of SAP a plus

  • Related experience will determine Hire Level
