Adecco US, Inc. Assembly Lead in Tucson, Arizona

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Assembly Lead position in Tucson, AZ. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities for this Production Lead job include:

  • Provide backup to the Production Supervisor

  • Ensures team is ready to start at beginning of shift strategically assign employees to assembly stations.

  • Ensure ESD bracelets are checked and signed and that employees where safety glasses and frocks as required.

  • Able to enforce company and department policy

  • Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements.

  • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D

  • 3-5 years production work experience preferred.

  • Computer experience with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Knowledge of all operations of the assigned production process required

  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, and ability to promote compliance with them.

  • Skill in communicating effectively through oral and written communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Warehouse shipping and receiving jobs require previous experience

  • Must have reliable transportation and good attendance

  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with other
