Engineering Program Leader. Troy, MI.  Solve cross-project, cross-competency issues within the engineering department. Act as single point of contact to the Program Management organization for engineering program timing plan and execution of all engineering activities/deliverables. Collaborate with Customer Chief Engineer and manage engineering deliverables in terms of time, cost, and quality with supporting documentation (V-SPL.2) through the coordination of Resident Engineers and Engineering Project Leaders. Act as primary interface to customer for engineering deliverables, time plans, and execution. Responsible for design/peer reviews and completeness of design review workbook. Responsible for technical risk register. Develop and maintain engineering deliverables timing in collaboration with Program Manager. Monitor engineering execution to ensure work follows best practices and products comply with policies/procedures. Own the collection, consolidation, and agreement to engineering budget for BBP cycle. Control engineering spending against approved budget.

Requires Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and five years of progressive experience in the automotive engineering industry.
