Requirements:

State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure

Required High School or GED

1 Pharmacy experience required

OR

Pharmacy Technician Trainee (licensed must be obtained within 1 year of hire)

A technician trainee will learn on the job and through web based training, the daily functions and responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician, such as prescription order entry, inventory and patient record maintenance. They will train with a licensed Pharmacist or Technician to learn the legal requirements of pharmacy and of being a technician.
