Job Description

Teledyne Reynolds (a business unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC) has over 60 years of heritage supplying the highest quality, high voltage interconnect solutions to the most demanding of applications in the Military/Defense, High-end Industrial, Medical, Energy and Space industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, harness assemblies (swaging, crimping, wire stripping, soldering, harness assembly, connector installation, potting and bonding)

  • Set-up production equipment without assistance

  • Operate various equipment, i.e., mold presses, ovens, soldering irons, test & bonding stations, stripping, cutting and packaging machines

  • Maintain the basic production, output while producing quality product under direct supervision

  • Direct & assist co-workers with manufacturing procedures

  • Perform Test responsibilities in various manufacturing cells

  • Work and handle various kind chemicals and material mixing process that are used daily on bonding and potting operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5 years related experience

  • Harness assembly and soldering experience required

  • Must have knowledge with using solder system, wire stripper and crimpers

  • Must be able to read and follow manufacturing orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams

  • Certification of IPC 620A and JSTD 001 preferred

  • Able to work on small components by using microscope only to perform assembly/bonding process.

  • Able to read and understand documents and perform basic calculations

  • Able to lift and transfer potting and bonding tools between the assembly area up to 50lbs

Please note the salary range posted below is a general guideline for this job level and location. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.

Salary Range:

$41,800.00-$55,880.000
