Farmer Brothers HR Technology Analyst in Texas

Are you the go-to expert in Excel, a proactive problem-solver, and a tech-savvy troubleshooter? Farmer Brothers is currently seeking a dedicated fully remote HR Technology Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about optimizing processes, maximizing system efficiency, and immersing yourself in HR technology, this role could be a perfect fit for you. As our internal authority on HR Technology systems alongside our HR Technology Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a range of HR processes, from talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits, expenses, compensation, reporting, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR colleagues to establish workflows within the HRIS system to support their function (TA, benefits, compensation, Payroll, etc.)

  • Handles Tier 2 and Tier 3 inquiries and escalates as needed.

  • Analyze complex issues and devise solutions that account for various downstream impacts and workload considerations.

  • Establish processes for data moving between FB systems to vendor systems, such as from the HRIS to JD Edwards.

  • Make recommendations on process changes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Maintain appropriate security roles within the HRIS system.

  • Liaison with IT on any HRIS system issues not related to Payroll.

  • Work closely with HRBP to improve the employee and manager experience related to HRIS.

  • Assists with SOX control audits and other various system audits.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent blend of education, training, and practical experience in lieu of degree.

  • At least 3-5 years HR Technology experience required .

  • Proficient to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required ; utilizing formula functions, and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
