Nvidia Silicon Solution Technician Engineer - SSG in Taipei, Taiwan

We are now looking for a Silicon Solution Technician Engineer.

You will be w orking in NVIDIA's GPU/Tegra Silicon Solution Engineering group, they will be responsible for bring up, validation & debug of future GPU/Tegra products. Work as part of a team with logic, circuit design, architects & PCB engineers to ensure successful product development with aggressive product cycles.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist Engineer to setup system, board rework, replace chip ,reflow chip and mounting chip in the Lab

  • Setup systems, conduct memory test, collect data and record them into spreadsheet for Engineer to analyze

  • Perform basic troubleshooting using multi-meters

  • must be a team player and a strong individual contributor ​

  • Debug board related to attachment or rework issue

  • Help streamline qualification process and increase overall team efficiency

What we need to see:

  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience

  • Familiar with board rework and chip attachment and chip re-ball

  • Knowledge of basic PC hardware and software functions and networking

  • Knowledge of computer assembly, reflow machine and solder skill

  • Good understanding on PCB layout , schematic and board debugging is a plus

  • Good understanding on MS office especially Excel

  • Well versed in the usage of electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, muti-meter

  • Familiar with scripting skills in Perl, batch file, Python, shell Scrip and JavaScript

  • Detail oriented, reliable, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
