Provide user support for daily business procedures, troubleshoot complex or escalated issues promptly, and escalate items to additional tech support and/or vendor support as needed. Liaise with multiple departments and outside vendors to understand business processes and functions. Provide Tier 3 support for assigned systems. Work with vendors to resolve complex issues. Administer, maintain, monitor, and repair assigned applications and parent systems. Includes diagnosing and assisting in resolving configuration and hosting of those applications on-premises or in the cloud as part of maintenance and troubleshooting. Plan and coordinate testing changes across multiple environments (TEST, STAGE, PROD), upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
