Senior Residence Manager

$1,700 Sign-On Bonus

In this role, you will assist the Residential Program Manager with overseeing the functions of your assigned residential team. You will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of staff and scheduling, and will directly supervise assigned relief staff. You will also provide training, guidance and support to newly hired DSPs and Residence Managers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus 2-3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing residential programs for people with developmental disabilities.

  • Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.

  • Alternatively, 7 years pertinent experience and high school or equivalency diploma

  • A valid NYS Driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
