We are recruiting for an experiencedClinical Engagement Managerbased inSingapore or Malaysia.

This role is responsible for all clinical activities and will coordinate all country-specific commercial clinical activities identified by the WC Business Area strategic plan, the overall attainment of objectives, the execution of the Wound Care Business Area, and the Clinical Engagement regional strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • The CEM will manage the Clinical Engagement activities within a defined geographical area of the region. These activities include managing KOL and leveraging KOL activities, organizing and implementing professional education events, clinical activation, the development and local dissemination of evidence and managing local field-based Clinical Specialists/Managers.

  • The CEM will ensure the field-based Clinical Specialists/Managers have defined objectives and metrics tied to their markets' commercial success.

  • The role drives close cross-functional collaboration within the Clinical Engagement team to ensure the achievement of objectives and further the WC BA mission and vision.

  • The CEM manages the team members and is responsible for all the budgetary needs and the ongoing professional development of its team members.

  • The CEM is consultative to the WC BA country-based Marketing teams. Feedback will be provided on the KOL development and engagement, medical society collaboration, the collection and feedback of medical intelligence and professional education content, and other items as required.

  • The CEM role provides operational direction to the local WC BA regarding relevant clinical evidence, medical information and intelligence, best practices, and innovations.

  • Supports strategic product evaluations where necessary.

  • Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Degree with at least five years of clinical, medical or marketing experience in wound care or surgical specialties.

  • Works collaboratively and with urgency according to the Mölnlycke values.

  • Demonstrate business acumen and a commercial mindset.

  • Is considered an internal expert in wound care and has external credibility.

  • Confident at external speaking.

  • High level of understanding and analysis of scientific data and publications.

  • Credibility with HCPs and strong relationship builder

  • Able to thrive in a Matrix Organization

  • 3-5 years of people management or team leader experience

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Able to travel 50% of the time.

  • Used to working in a global environment with fluency in English.
