General Dynamics Land Systems Supply Chain Management NDA and Compliance Specia in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Position Description Manage and monitor SCM and enterprise internal policies and procedures to include coordinating reviews of policies / procedures every three years, develop / modify / remove of policies and procedures in response to a changing business environment, and/or regulatory requirements, and coordinate related training; Support the Nondisclosure Data Agreement (NDA) process for data exchanges with the GDLS suppliers; Support SCM legal activities such as supplier name changes, novation agreements, terms and condition changes, etc; Manage projects through schedule, issue resolution, to completion; Identify areas for continuous improvements and facilitate applicable solutions; Interface with both external auditors (DCMA/DCAA) and internal auditors (PWC) Support regulatory audits (MAARS, Incurred Cost, Accounting System, Material Management & Accounting System (MMAS), Contract Purchasing System Review (CPSR)) Work cross-functionally to proactively identify and resolve potential audit findings, utilizing systems resources such as Oracle e-Business suite, OBIEE, Cognos, Outlook, SCM internal Portal and the GDLS external website Perform monthly internal audits of purchase orders to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met. Position Requirements Years of experience: 3-5 Bachelor's degree required (preferred Legal, Business, Accounting, and/or Finance background) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written) Ability to present to audiences of varying sizes Possess and develop a working knowledge of regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS); Ability to lead/manage a project or special assignment; Self-directed Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and follow-up Ability to work under pressure (i.e. compressed deadlines) Strong time management Skills Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Travel required US Citizenship Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
