General Dynamics Land Systems National Maintenance Work Requirements Lead in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Responsible for leading the development of National Maintenance Work Requirements (NMWR) and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) for all programs.

Responsible for preparing Logistics Assessment Reports (LAR).

Responsible for training and advising team members.

Responsible for gathering and assessing NMWR source data.

High School Diploma required with relevant experience. Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or other degrees will be considered with relevant experience preferred.

Must have strong meeting and training facilitation skills and experience.

Must have strong communication skills.

Must be able to act as the main point of contact for all NMWR efforts.

Extensive experience with LSA/LSAR and SLICwave required.

Extensive experience with TC and CAD required.

Extensive experience with Bill Of Material management required.

Extensive experience with maintenance analysis of ground combat vehicle designs required.

Thorough working knowledge of U.S. Army logistics support structure, policies, and procedures required.

Thorough working knowledge of MIL-STD-1388-2B and GEIA-STD-0007 required.

Expert with IETM viewers such as EMS2, EMS NG, IADS required.

Thorough working knowledge and experience with developing/processing LPR's/EPR's, ECP's, CR's, and CO's.

Must have excellent customer rapport.

Must be able to meet quality standards as set forth by the department manager.

Must be familiar with Adobe Professional. Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Must be able to prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Must be able to analyze reports and coordinate with Government, GDLS and vendor personnel to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
