Role Summary

This role leads and adheres to the Change Management Process for all programs. This individual will work closely with all functions, including Program Management, Manufacturing Process Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, etc. to lead all respective Change Requests from inception through to Launch Implementation.  Responsible for all customer, supplier and internal related engineering changes.

  3. Function as Divisional Gate-Keeper of Vaulted Documents
  4. General Duties as required
Key Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering from four-year college or university and minimum three years of experience with stamping, machining, or assembly processes (all is preferred); or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
  2. Extensive experience in change management process from inception through launch implementation, especially related to Automotive. (PLM/SAP Experience Preferred) 
  3. Understands fundamental terminology related to process, tooling, and equipment. 
  4. Proficient in MS Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to conduct all job responsibilities.
  5. Able to establish, manage, reprioritize, and track change management metrics. 
  6. Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skill. Understands document control and able to conform to document retention standards. Self-starter who is positive minded, intuitive, and professional. Able to set priorities and multitask projects. Required to be proactive and suggest improvements to existing processes policies and systems.
  7. Able to work hours required to comply with deadlines and to support corrective actions when they are needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent attendance and satisfactory work performance record. 
  8. Willing to further education or receive training to improve skillset as required.
Additional Skills Required

*Mathematical Skills: *Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.  Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to create and interpret graphs.
