Techop Solutions International, Inc Jr. Program Analyst in Stafford, Virginia

Description

We are seeking to hire a Junior Program Analyst to assist with business process improvements and acquisition strategy development and execution support. The individual will share time across the two workstreams evenly and will collaborate during surges across the workstreams.

The Jr. Program Analyst will support areas that include: review existing asset management processes; help identify areas for improvement via process change or data/workflow automation; and assist in the updating of key policy and procedure documentation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist the team in developing and implementing strategies for acquisition and stakeholder engagement through creating customer journey maps, data dictionaries, and capability analysis.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement sessions to facilitate the collection and documentation of system requirements.

Please Note: Location- Telework, with occasional in-person work sessions in the Washington DC area. However, this position requires candidates that are local to the Washington, DC area.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and up to 3 years' experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take products from concept to delivery with minimal direction.
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Strong storyboarding and deck development capabilities
  • Client management and meeting skills
  • Team player who can multi-task and drive activities in a large, high-profile, fast-paced, and collaborative team structure
  • Willingness to learn new concepts, methods, or subjects.
