Description

TechOp Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Perform detailed analysis of datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to derive actionable insights
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
  • Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, using Excel charts, graphs, and pivot tables. :::

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches
  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-5 years of data analysis experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft PowerBI proficiency
  • Python and/or SQL experience
  • Business Process Improvement experience
  • Supply Chain, Telematics, and/or Fleet/Asset Management experience
