As a UX Designer at Ecolab, you will play a crucial role in uncovering, designing, and testing new innovative digital tools for the Institutional & Specialty Sector Commercial Digital Solutions (IS&S CDS) team. You will be responsible for driving business performance and improving outcomes by creating user-centered designs that balance business goals and data insights. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have exposure to various aspects of the design process, including user research, ideation, concept development, prototyping, and design stewardship. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design/Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in UX design, with a focus on software design or aMaster'sdegree and 1-2 years of hands-on experience. Transform requirements from various stakeholders into clear and actionable design solutions. Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to fill knowledge gaps. Drive the design process, ensuring that solutions align with user needs, business goals, and data insights. Define the overall UX strategy and create a roadmap for delivering a cohesive user experience. Collaborate with and mentor junior UX designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help develop their skills and expertise. Contribute to the development, documentation, and evolution of Ecolab's Design System. Utilize appropriate design methods such as sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to articulate your solutions. Collaborate with engineers during the implementation phase to ensure the product meets design intent and quality standards. Conduct user research activities, including customer interviews to validate assumptions and gather feedback on designs. Advocate for the user throughout the development process. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.
