Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing field, is looking for a Quality Technician to join their ever growing team!

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm or Friday-Sunday 5a-5:30p

Responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to Quality System requirements and ethical regulatory compliance.

  • Delivers on commitments promptly with precision.

  • Stays updated on medical device regulations and standards.

  • Designs and executes CMM programs efficiently.

  • Executes inspections according to documented plans and methods.

  • Designs control plans and inspection methods based on specifications.

  • Contributes to failure investigations.

  • Engages in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as directed.

  • Contributes to inspection training.

  • Assists in equipment and method qualifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • Preferred: Technical certification (e.g. ASQ-CQT) or Associate's Degree in Quality Technology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with Epicor and Master Control.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.

  • Familiarity with CMM equipment and GD&T principles.

  • Experience in quality or related field, including manufacturing and CMM programming.
