Job Description

ICL Americas LLC seeks a full-time Regional Business and Trade Compliance Specialist in St. Louis, MO to ensure regulatory trade compliance for the export of U.S. manufactured goods & import of ICL’s subsidiary finished goods to satisfy internal & external customer needs and USCBP regulations; monitor the implementation of existing logistics processes, systems, & communications by trade compliance team; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; overseeing trade compliance team’s execution of related distribution & transportation functions to ensure maximum efficiency & minimum cost, including setting goals & KPIs to track performance; collaborate w/other regions & corporate offices on trade compliance matters; oversee the product valuation & value reconciliation program; monitor import, export, & free trade agreements & foreign-to-foreign trade compliance as executed by trade team; and develop & manage projects including logistics process improvements, system enhancements & implementations, cost savings, & business unit assimilations and divestitures related to trade compliance.

Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equiv. in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or closely related field & 2 yrs exp as Logistics Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Transportation Planner or related occup. in the Chemical manufacturing industry to include 2 yrs exp overseeing export & import related distribution & transportation functions to ensure compliance at maximum efficiency & minimum cost & working w/complex minerals & elements, including classifying HTS (Harmonize Tariff Schedule) code for chemical products to ensure the safety & efficacy of the final products.
