Aggregate Resource Drilling, LLC (ARD) is actively seeking dynamic Project Superintendents/Engineers to play a pivotal role in leading projects within our rapidly expanding utility-scale solar pile pre-drilling division. With over 45 years of expertise in drilling and blasting for mining and construction projects across the US, ARD is uniquely positioned to excel in the rapidly expanding utility-scale renewable energy project market. This position comes with exciting opportunities for those ready to embrace extensive travel and hands-on involvement in on-site work. Successful candidates will collaborate directly with numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners, contributing significantly to the successful execution of solar projects throughout the United States. Hours & Pay: Salary Range: \$70,000-\$100,000/year Generous benefits package including insurance, 401k with matching, per diem, paid time off and more.
