SPRINGFIELD Bartender THE JOB: As a TAP Bartender, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests\' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. STARTING PAY: \$7.10 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness. Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
