Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Wholesale Picker Packer picks and packs merchandise for shipment and prepares all necessary paperwork. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product handled. Pick products according to order, either manually or with electronic scanning devices. Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies, and procedures.

  • Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies, and procedures.

  • Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm

  • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Skills:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.

  • Ability to count, add and subtract.

  • Ability to deal with issues in standardized situations.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for extended periods of time.

  • Regularly lifting to 40 pounds

  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

  • Exposed to various levels of traffic from material handling equipment.

Pay range is $16.00 - $18.00 an hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
