Danaher Corporation Senior Principal Software Engineer in Shanghai, China
Area of Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale system and software architecture design of new histology products.
Lead design and testing effort for full software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
Shapes design methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.
Formulate tech. and innovation roadmap to extend and strengthen product portfolio.
Organize global/cross BU activities and events.
Lead workflow/process creation and optimization impacting cross BU or global cooperation.
Develop team and department’s technical competency following product/tech. roadmap.
