Job Description

Animal Nutrition of IFF, pioneered the development and use of enzymes, Probiotics, Essential Oils and betaine expertise and a range of associated products and services in animal nutrition. HOW YOU WILL LEAD AND CONTRIBUTE

  • Build deeper business relationship with key accounts to create a strong mindshare mutually for sustainable sales growth

  • Identify key market/customer segments and build up opportunity pipeline for new key accounts development plan to drive business growth

  • Prepare and update annual & 3-5 year business plan with top 5 key accounts

  • Build strategic cooperation with top5 key accounts within 3 years for sustainable business growth at these customers

  • Proactively update competition landscape and Market intelligence

  • Provide attractive/effective 1st show to new Key customers, including company culture, products’ value proposition and related solutions introduction

  • Provide attractive/effective 1st show to existing Key customers on new products value proposition and related solutions introduction

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor degree and above in animal nutrition or animal science, or related fields with a Business Management education in agriculture/animal husbandry

  • 10+ years of total work experience in Sales/Business Development roles with 5+ years experiences in sales of Animal Nutrition and Health products (enzymes, feed additives such as vitamins, gut health products, minerals and acidifiers, etc.), experiences at a leading Animal Nutrition Industry player with an excellent career record is preferred

  • Excellent track record of building strong customers relationships and transforming concepts into sustainable business growth with key customers in feed related industries

  • Ability to convert market trends/customer needs into knowledge & opportunities for sales growth

  • Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Owners & Senior Management and Operational level for sales growth

  • Open minded with abilities to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus as demands change;

  • Aptitude for conflict management

  • Self-motivated - Initiates appropriate actions and follows through without prompting or close supervision

  • Capabilities in organizing customer event- international/domestic study tour, seminars or innovation interactions

  • Willingness to travel more than 60% of working time

  • Good command in Chinese and English, written and verbal
