We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join the Canada Supply Chain Excellence team. Amazon Canada is a fast-growing business where our business model is evolving with technology and industry trends.

The Sr. Product Manager is a proven, well-rounded problem solver who will own and drive strategic projects critical to our business. You demonstrate high ownership to autonomously push boundaries and launch products or features to optimize Canada's supply chain at scale. You will apply your product management skills to define, scope and manage the end-to-end development of new technology solutions across various supply chain pillars.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with learning, launching, and evolving the products that improve our operations. You will be a key player in defining business requirements, project execution, and launch. You must be able to leverage this expertise to articulate and advocate initiatives for supply chain improvement, while working across global retail, supply chain and technology teams. As part of your work, you must have the leadership presence and communication skills to influence the right outcomes from global teams and drive change.

Key job responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Effectively work back from the customer to define the ambiguous into meaningful problem statements and solutions

• Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business/supply chain impact

• Calculate quantitative value for prioritization and development justification

• Partner with global teams on end-to-end development process from problem identification, requirements gathering, solution design, and launch

• Communicate complex requirements, project status, and tradeoffs, across business, tech and operations stakeholders spanning all organization levels

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • MBA/Master’s Degree

  • 7+ years of experience working in consulting, retail, operations or technology industry with background in product management

  • Experience owning supply chain tech products

  • Experience in SQL and/or Excel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
