Responsibilities:

  • Proactivelymanage complex calendars and travel using MS Outlook.

  • Manage teammeetings (scheduling, attendee management, agenda creation, note-taking)

  • Plan andexecute events for a global team (off-sites, all-hands, team events,org-wide events, celebrations, etc.)

  • Create expensereports and manage event budgets.

  • Supportexecution of contracts and payments with external vendors as needed.

  • Collaboratewith other Executive Assistants, Program Managers, Recruiting Managers,Finance Partners, and HR Partners on team deliverables.

  • Some projectmanagement - Track deadlines, action items and key deliverables forleadership team

  • Communication(draft internal communications and announcements, edit documents foraccuracy and clarity, create or edit presentations, send internal andexternal email communications)

  • Create andmaintain organizational charts

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 2+years of Executive Assistant experience

  • Expertise withcomplex executive calendar management using Outlook

  • Expertise withtravel management and travel arrangements

  • Experience withevent planning

  • Show discretionin handling confidential information and comfortable interacting withsenior Executives

  • Outstanding organizationalskills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to prioritizemultiple requests and meet tight deadlines
