Amazon Event Marketing Coordinator, AMER Summits in Seattle, Washington

Description

Are you passionate about creating and building inspirational, stimulating, and exciting experiences to bring people together to foster connections, community, and growth? We are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support highly visible, large-scale events. The AMER Summit team delivers 1-2 day conferences in major cities across North and South America that educate customers and prospects at scale, engage with AWS partners, promote new products and services, drive revenue pipelines, build and foster our AWS community, and reach press and analysts.

Key job responsibilities

-Developing and maintaining a weekly internal newsletter to provide program updates to stakeholder teams

-Maintaining internal documentation and administrative processes

-Managing attendee and partner satisfaction surveys

-Processing lead scan data after events

-Managing and maintaining CRM campaigns, dashboards, and reporting

-Collating inputs from stakeholders to compile post-event trip reports

-Managing user access across internal tools

-Supporting workstream owners with various administrative tasks

-Supporting onsite event wayfinding and signage workstreams

-Supporting expo and sponsorship workstream with sponsor management

-Attending all Summits to support onsite

A day in the life

In this role, you will work primarily with the AMER Summits core team and workstream partners. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the program by managing timelines, projects, and collating inputs. You will travel frequently to major cities in North and South America to conduct site visits and support events onsite.

About the team

The AMER Summit team is responsible for the strategy, execution, and onsite management of large 1-2 day conferences in major cities across North and South America. We are a diverse and distributed group of event marketing professionals who are passionate about creating curated and bespoke experiences to meet the needs of our customers across regions, cultures, and languages.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
