We offer you the opportunity to gain a direct insight into the Global Category Casting, Machined Components and Assemblies belongs to Purchasing cluster Mechanics Vitesco Central Purchasing of Vitesco Technologies.

Your Mission:

⚡️Support of Category Purchasing in strategic and operational tasks, also in a global environment (i.e. in English).

⚡️Support of contract management: preparation and follow-up of contracts (Strategic Supplier List, General Quality Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Strategic Suplier Contract, Sourcing and Tooling Agreement)

⚡️Organisational tasks such as coordination of appointments, supplier support, preparation and administration of various documents, preparation of presentations and statistics in Microsoft Office

⚡️Administrative tasks in day-to-day business

⚡️Usage of Microsoft office and various purchasing-specific software tools

Your Talents:

⚡️Studies in the field of economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study

⚡️Confident handling of MS Office programs

⚡️Very good in written and spoken English language

⚡️Self-initiative and a quick grasp, flexibility, creativity, ability to work in a team, commitment, organisational and communication skills
