Ons HR-team is momenteel aan het veranderen en kan jij als HR-generalist bij alle niveaus worden betrokken en worden ingezet.

Wie zijn wij

CAE is één van de grootste producenten en ontwikkelaars van vliegtuigsimulatoren ter wereld èn traint piloten, cabinepersoneel en vliegtuigtechnici voor zowel de civiele- als de militaire en business luchtvaart. De organisatie is opgericht in 1947, is beursgenoteerd en heeft haar hoofdkantoor gevestigd in Montreal, Canada. CAE heeft de ambitie om de focus volledig te verleggen naar trainingsprovider. In Europa zijn 12 trainingslocaties en in deze functie bedien je voornamelijk de landen Nederland (primair) en België (als back-up). In totaal werken hier ongeveer 115 medewerkers, van staf tot engineers en customer services.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dienen als belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde zaken voor werknemers en managers.

  • Beheren van werknemersrelaties, waaronder het onderzoeken en oplossen van problemen en klachten van werknemers.

  • HR-beleid en -procedures (Nederland & België) beheren en ervoor zorgen dat alle toepasselijke wetten en (arbo)voorschriften worden nageleefd.

  • Bijhouden van nauwkeurige HR-gegevens en opstellen van rapporten indien nodig.

  • Assisteren bij salarisverwerking en -beheer

  • Verzuimbeheer, waaronder ziekteverzuim en vakantiedagen.

  • Faciliteren van pre-boarding, onboarding en introductieprocessen voor nieuwe medewerkers

  • Optimaliseren van HR-systemen en maakt overzichten van personeelsbestand

  • Het ondersteunen van en strategisch meedenken over de veranderingen in de HR-processen

Jouw profile

  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van HRM

  • Minimaal 2-4 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen HR

  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels op professioneel niveau

  • Je hebt kennis van diverse HR-systemen

  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig

  • Je beschikt over empathie, organisatorische vaardigheden en bent administratief sterk

  • Je bent bekend met salarisadministratie, payrolling en/of HR backoffice

  • Relevante basiskennis van wet- en regelgeving in arbeidsrecht (Nederland & België)
