Being Nurse owned, with over 20 years of healthcare experience, we pride ourselves with being professional, supportive and committed to excellence! When you join our team, you are allowing an older person the opportunity to stay in their own home instead of moving to a nursing home. We are in urgent need to provide care for several clients during the week and weekends. Duties: - Provide assistance with using the restroom - Medication reminder according to a specialized care plan and document accurately - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces - Engage in social activities and provide companionship - Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy Experience: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies - Ability to operate household systems, such as heating/cooling, security, etc. We are looking for compassionate individuals who have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
