Responsibilities

  • May communicate with leadership on matters of significant importance such as business transactions, liability claims, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations to protect the client's reputation and business interests.

  • Provides legal advice to individuals and business units concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations to ensure that corporate interests are well-represented.

  • Responsible for making significant improvements to processes to ensure that the organization's interests are protected.

  • May be responsible for interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • University Degree.

  • 5 years of experience in Litigation, international company or Law firm.

  • Advanced English (Conversational).

  • Theoretical and practical legal knowledge. (Specialized in civil, labor and administrative litigation and trials).

  • Conduct labor/administrative investigations.

  • Responsible for insurance claims and payment processes.

  • Provide legal advice to individuals and business units regarding the legal rights, obligations and privileges of corporations to ensure that corporate interests are well represented.

  • Responsible for interaction with municipal, state and federal authorities related to requirements, audits, licenses, permits, resolutions. (Relationship with any "municipal, state and federal" authority).

  • Responsible for litigation and able to support other issues such as government, employment, environment, real estate.

  • Microsoft Office.
