Job Title: Warehouse Associate (with CDL-A Training Opportunity)

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of oil and related products.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Keep warehouse fa cilities clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

CDL-A Training Program: As part of our commitment to employee development, we offer a comprehensive CDL-A training program for eligible candidates. This program will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) and transition into a delivery driving role within our company. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for CDL-A training).
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
