The Business Analyst position has primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.

What You'll Do

• The IS Business Analyst will collaborate with the Internal Software Development team in identifying requirements, planning, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining Business System Applications that support US manufacturing operations.

• The Business Analyst will play a vital role in supporting complex business applications, ensuring successful deployment to enhance US manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.

• The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging organizational processes to deliver high-quality customer service internally and help develop strong stakeholder relationships.

• Utilizing expertise in IT principles and business standards, the BA will research, design, document, and assist in testing and deploying applications, ensuring seamless integration across software applications and business requirements.

• While assisting with multiple teams and projects, the Business Analyst will engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization, collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Interview all stakeholders and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.

• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly.

• Ability to build strong relationships across organizations and navigate the complexity and ambiguity that comes from a matrix organization.

• 6-15 years business analyst experience

• Experience with Agile methodology

• Experience working software deve opment projects

• Experience with Jira (nice to have)

• Outstanding communication skills, ability to interface with executives

• Experience in analyzing data through the application of statistics

• Experience in extracting and reporting data

• Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Include specific technical skills required)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $55 to $70/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
